If you decide to purchase a premium account for your child we will collect your name, credit card number and billing address. We will use this information for the purpose of fulfilling your order. If we have difficulty processing your payment we will use this information to contact you. We collect information in a variety of ways on the site. We will collect no more personally identifiable information from you than is reasonably necessary for you to participate in an online activity.

The information we collect During our initial registration process for your online Sqwishland®™ account, we directly collect a valid parent’s e-mail, birthdate and country address. You are also asked to create a user name and password. You should not use any personally identifiable information as your user name, as it may be visible to other users on the site.

Surveys and Feedback We may collect aggregate information in connection with surveys or other online activities that allow you to give us your feedback. We do not collect any personally identifiable information in connection with surveys or feedback requests, nor is the information you provide connected to any personally identifiable information we may have about you.

Site Management We may passively collect certain non-personally identifiable computer information through software technologies to make our site more interesting and useful to you. For instance, we collect users’ IP addresses to track traffic patterns on the site. E-mail Communication from You If you contact us by e-mail, we use your e-mail address (which is personally identifiable information) only to respond to your specific request or question, after which the address is deleted.

E-mail Communication from Us Our site may allow your child to sign you up to receive newsletters, birthday e-cards and e-mails regarding special Sqwishland®™ promotional messages or offers on your child’s behalf. The newsletters and e-mails will provide you with information about new website features; such includes whether your registration is going to expire, new releases of Sqwishland®™ characters, and special Sqwishland®™ Sqwishland® promotional messages or offers to you. In addition, if you sign up for this service, we will also e-mail your birthday e-cards at the appropriate time. In order to participate in these activities, we collect your user name and your e-mail address. We use this information to contact your parent by e-mail to notify him or her that you have provided personally identifiable information to us for these purposes, and to provide them an opportunity to opt-out of the collection of the information. Online Activities on our Site: For some of our online activities, users are able to interact in our games section. We also enable users to chat online through our website’s games, but we take measures so that users cannot communicate personal information through this chat function. These measures include filters and live moderation. Nonetheless, if you use the chat function within this website and disclose personally identifiable information, you should be aware that such information could be read, collected or used by other users. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit through the chat function. Finally, we may offer blogs or other Public Forums. Law Enforcement Sqwish World, LLC is fully prepared to comply with law enforcement requests. 5. Access to Information, and Objection to Information Collection and Retention

You may review and update your information that we collected online from you. If you wish to update, correct factual errors, request to have this information deleted, or request that we no longer collect, use or maintain such information, contact us using this CONTACT FORM. We will retain your or your child’s information for as long as their account is active or as needed to provide you or your child services. 7. Note to Parents

The parents and legal guardians of children below the age of 13 that participate on Sqwishland.com have legal rights due to COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). The COPPA act prevents personally identifying information (“PII”) collected by companies to be distributed to third parties without parental consent. As such, Sqwish World, LLC recognizes and abides by said laws. At the moment, the only PII that we request is a parent or guardian’s e-mail address. At any time, as the parent, legal guardian, you are able to request access to information collected. In addition, you can request that Sqwish World, LLC to delete acquired information as well as disallow future collection of data and any further contact with your child. The privacy policy set out above is effective as of 26 October 2010 and was updated on 2/8/2011, and applies to all information previously obtained by Sqwishland®. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, and will post any changes to this policy as soon as they go into effect on this site.
